Help you find a home that meets your lifestyle, location and budget requirements within the time frame that you need to purchase and relocate (or occupy) the home. My services are available at no cost to you. You get an expert, someone to work on your behalf that will represent your interests.

How does it work?

I do the groundwork and a serious search for you before you arrive so that we can utilize our time together effectively. The more information you can provide to me, regarding your wants and needs, the better. All you need to do is make a commitment to me that you will be up front and give me the details that I need in order to do my job.  After all, I can’t meet your expectations, if I don’t know what they are!

First, once you know when you’ll be coming to town, please let me know. At that time, we can set up a meeting time and place to get started on your home search. This also assures that I have the time that’s necessary to prepare for your arrival. You can rest assured, I will be here in Florida working for you, while you take care of those other things on “your list”.
